Better tools make work easier for both customer and supplier. Karsten Moholt AS at Askøy outside Bergen, has been working on a web-based report module for status reports for a long time. “The idea was to develop an intuitive tool that simplifies condition monitoring and status updates for the customer – and for us. The goal is to make work easier and more efficient”. My CBM Reports is a customised system based on the company’s need to give their customers an overview of their machines in different locations. The main objective was to create a system that is user-friendly for both parties.
ALL IN ONE PLACE
The Condition Monitoring Department receives regular measurements and data from the machines they monitor. If data analyses show errors or irregularities, the company prepares a report for the customer that identifies the problem and proposes solutions. My CBM Reports allows Karsten Moholt to collect all data on different companies, locations, machines and statuses in one place, including reports and a status history for each machine. This makes it a practical tool for collecting and organising information and communicating it to the customer.
Though the user interface in My CBM Reports the customer can access all information from Karsten Moholt’s Condition Monitoring Department. You can view the status history of any machine, download reports and set up e-mail alerts for different locations or statuses. The interface can be customised according to the customer’s needs.
